BSC/HND in mechanical engineering

At least 10 years’ experience in the construction industry

ELECTRICIAN TECHNICIAN – ET

Related degree from an accredited trade test/technical school

At least 5 years’ experience.

Proficiency in electrical wiring, installations, generator maintenance and electrical appliances

CARPENTERS

Degree from accredited trade/technical school

Skilled carpenters with ability to fabricate and install furniture

Proficiency in installation of laminate and hardwood floors

Proficiency in plasterboard installation and painting is added advantage

PLUMBERS – PLM

Technical degree

At least 5 years’ experience in building maintenance and construction industry

Proficiency in the installation of sanitary ware

AIR CONDITIONER TECHNICIANS – ACI

Related technical degree from trade/technical School

At least 5 years’ experience in building maintenance and construction industry

Proficiency in the installation and maintenance o air conditioning systems, microwave, refrigerators, ovens, washing machines and other home appliances
