POSITION: COLLEGE PRINCIPAL
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensuring effective co-ordination of the teaching, learning, training and general administration activities of the college.
• Maintaining an up-to-date data base of teaching, non-teaching staff and students of the college as well as data base of the college moveable and non-moveable assets.
• Preparing annual budget and strategic plans for the college in collaboration with the college external financial consultants.
• Ensuring discipline is maintained amongst staff and students of the college
• Training and development of staff
• Ensuring constant review of the curricular and ensuring that learning/teaching materials are up-to-date
• Serving as liaison officer between the management of the college and the community, the overseas institutions exchange partners, and the board of trustees.
• Marketing the school services and ensuring the objectives, plans and growth set targets are constantly met.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in education (natural or social sciences) and master’s degree in educational planning and administration. Doctorate degree will be a distinct advantage.
Applicants must have a minimum of fifteen years post nysc teaching/lecturing experience five of which must have been gained as principal of an international school running Nigerian and
